Toggle valves have a supply, outlet and exhaust port. When the toggle is in the "on" position air flows from the inlet to the outlet and the exhaust port is blocked. Moving the toggle to the "off" position closes the inlet and opens the outlet to an exhaust port which vents the outlet to atmosphere.
  Sub-Miniature Toggle Valves

3-Way #3-56 Normally-Closed Sub-Miniature toggle valves have 1/16" NPT barbs with an operating pressure of 100 psig max.

    •   TV #10-32 & 1/8" NPT Toggle Valves
    The function of a 2-Way valve is to turn an air supply on and off. In the "on" position, medium flows from the inlet to the outlet, and in the "off" position, the flow is blocked. 3-Way styles have an exhaust port which vents the outlet to the atmosphere. Available with #10-32 and 1/8" NPT ports.
      MTV-MJTV #10-32 & 1/8" NPT Toggle Valves
    These #10-32 ported 2-Way, 3-Way and 4-Way valves are manually-actuated with a toggle. The toggles are NP steel and hae a detent action. The MTV-5 has threaded exhaust and can be connected in a dual inlet pressure configuration.
      FTV Series 3-Way Toggle Valves
    3-Way valves have a supply, outlet and exhaust port. When the toggle is in the "on" position air flows from the inlet to the outlet and the exhaust port is blocked. Moving the toggle to the "off" position closes the inlet and opens the outlet to an exhaust port which vents the outlet to atmosphere.
      Fill & Bleed Valves
    Fill and Bleed Valves may be used to pressurize or "fill" a chamber or bladder by depressing the toggle in one direction and then de-pressurize or "bleed" that same chamber or bladder by depressing the toggle in the other direction. Toggling back and forth between the inlet and exhaust provides a fine adjustment of the required pressure in the chamber or bladder.

    How to Auto Cycle a Double Acting Cylinder Without Limits Cycling a double acting cylinder is necessary in many applications, including: agitators, product life testing, reciprocating pumps and manufacturing processes. Clippard's VA-06 control module makes this easy. The VA-06 kit includes tubing and an acrylic manifold with the valves already mounted on it. Hook-up is easy—just connect supply pressure to the port labeled supply, and connect the cylinder extend and cylinder retract to the double acting cylinder. Turn the air on, flip the toggle, and make cylinder speed and delay adjustments as desired. The VA-06 control module is incredibly versatile due to the fact that it cannot only control the speed that the cylinder actuates, but can also control delays at the end of the stroke.
