An unconventional method of using quick exhaust valves might be in a scenario where you have 200 feet of tubing stretched across your shop floor and a spring return cylinder at the end. In the event that you have an emergency stop situation, it would typically take a relatively long time for that cylinder to retract. The quick exhausts can be installed inline every 10, 20 or 50 feet and, as you can see in the video, the cylinder retracts much more quickly. |
