The principal function of the position is to provide technical support and product application assistance to regional sales managers, distributors and customers.

Job Tasks |
• Answer technical phone calls and emails to provide answers/assistance on pneumatic components and systems
• Effectively communicate on project updates, sales leads and distributor activity to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs)
• Confer with RSMs and engineers to provide information to aid in application development and custom product specifications
• Participate in teaching role during customer and distributor training seminars

• Handle initial RMA (Return Material Authorization) calls and determine if covered under a warranty issue
• Notify RSM, Production Control and Engineering of RMAs
• Keep records on details of inquiries, comments and actions taken
• Adequately present product function and application to a variety of technically skilled audiences
• Analyze costs and set product/project pricing with appropriate gross margins

Qualifications |
• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience writing technical details
• Experience with presenting and engaging an audience (i.e. - webcast, YouTube)
