Hi everyone. Today we’re introducing an exciting new addition to the always-growing Cordis product line—the new CP1 series single proportional valve pressure control unit. Clippard’s Cordis series centers around a family of products for closed loop pressure, flow, or force control and monitor feedback. The CPC series provides closed-loop pressure control anywhere between full vacuum to 150 psig using Clippard’s own proportional valves for both fill and bleed, an onboard microcontroller, and temperature-compensated pressure sensor. The Cordis CPC series is the premier closed-loop product where high resolution, high accuracy, high repeatability is provided to optimize your application performance.
For applications where a proportional valve is specified to maintain pressure or flow in a closed loop application, Clippard now provides a single, compact solution with the new CP1. This is a single proportional valve with closed loop capabilities around the sensor, which eliminates the need for additional programing, specifying sensors, and selecting the right proportional valve. The CP1 series enables you to achieve incredible results in dynamic applications like control of carrier gasses, blanketing gasses, cutting gasses, dynamic dispensing, or critical polishing applications by delivering the same high resolution, high accuracy, and repeatability of the CPC series with the added benefit of a smaller, most cost effective package.
From 0 to 150 psig, a variety of flow rates and pressure ranges are available, and we’re adding more all the time.
